Adopting and donating to shelters aren't services we charge for. They're in e-PetPlace because they're part of the care ecosystem, not because they're a business.
A donation never earns a commercial benefit on e-PetPlace. No discounts, no points, no priority. It's the only way it keeps meaning what it means.

And something no store can do: what you buy enters your pet’s record as part of how she eats. When the vet asks what she’s been eating, the answer is already written.
The pantry comes after the first group of services. It isn’t open yet, and saying so is part of how we work.
