- See the price by your pet’s size, plus the long-coat extra when it applies.
- Ask for it at home when the groomer offers it; if there is a surcharge, you see it before paying.
- Get the report with photos, a note from the groomer and a suggested date for the next visit. The handover photo is required: the groomer can’t close the session without it.

Where it works
Today it works in Quito and its valleys: Cumbayá, Tumbaco, Conocoto, Sangolquí and the Valle de los Chillos. If you live in another city, the app tells you before you book and you can ask us to let you know when we arrive.

- Do you groom cats?
- Yes. Grooming on e-PetPlace is for dogs and cats.
- Is there at-home grooming in Quito?
- Yes, with the groomers who offer it. The app asks for your address, and any surcharge appears before you pay.
- What do I get after the bath?
- The session report: what was done, the photos, the handover photo and what’s best for next time. It stays in your pet’s record.
- How is the price set?
- Each groomer publishes prices by size (small, medium or large), plus an optional long-coat extra. From 28 October 2026, the service fee is USD 1.15 per purchase, VAT included; until 27 October there is no fee.
