You pick the clinic, the service and the time, pay in the app, and what the vet writes stays in your pet’s record, not in a folder at the clinic.

- Get care from verified vets: each one proves their degree and professional registration before seeing patients through the app.
- Book a general or specialist checkup, or vaccination, at the clinic you choose.
- Request same-day urgent care, at the clinic or at home, within each clinic’s opening hours. It is not a 24-hour emergency service.
- Get the visit report: the diagnosis, the prescription explained in plain words and the date of the next checkup.
- Download the vaccination card, the medical history and the prescription whenever you need them.
- Bring a paper vaccination card into the app with a photo; you review what was read before saving it.
How booking works
- Choose the pet, the service and the day.
- See which clinics have open slots and at what price.
- Confirm and pay by card or with DeUna. The slot is held for you while you pay.
Where it works
Today it works in Quito and its valleys: Cumbayá, Tumbaco, Conocoto, Sangolquí and the Valle de los Chillos. If you live in another city, the app tells you before you book and you can ask us to let you know when we arrive.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a home-visit vet in Quito?
- Yes, for same-day urgent care: urgent care at home asks for your address and is handled by a clinic that offers it. Checkups and vaccines take place at the clinic.
- Which pets do clinics see?
- The app works with dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish and rodents. Each clinic states which species it sees.
- Is there an online vet consultation?
- Yes. Video consultations are booked from the same section and work from any city in Ecuador. They don’t replace an in-person visit and are not for emergencies.
- How much does a checkup cost?
- Each clinic publishes its price in the app, and you see it before paying. From 28 October 2026, the service fee is USD 1.15 per purchase, VAT included; until 27 October there is no fee.
