Dog walker in Quito
The route on the map, the photos and how it went.
While the walk happens, you see in the app where they are and the photos the walker sends. At the end you get the route summary, and it all stays in your dog’s record.
Get the appWhat you can do in the app
- Book a walk from 30 minutes to 5 hours; each walker decides which lengths to offer and at what price.
- Buy a package of 5, 10 or 15 walks, or a Monday-to-Friday monthly plan.
- Follow the walk on the map, with the elapsed time and the photos. The location updates roughly every minute.
- Get the route summary and a note from the walker at the end.
- Cancel or change the day in the app, under the rules it shows you before you confirm.
How booking works
- Choose your dog, the length and the day.
- See which walkers have room and at what price.
- Confirm and pay by card or with DeUna. The monthly plan is paid by card.
Where it works
Today it works in Quito and its valleys: Cumbayá, Tumbaco, Conocoto, Sangolquí and the Valle de los Chillos. If you live in another city, the app tells you before you book and you can ask us to let you know when we arrive.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you walk cats or other pets?
- No. e-PetPlace walks are for dogs only.
- Are walks one-on-one or in groups?
- In groups: for now, walks include more than one dog at a time. There are no one-on-one walks yet.
- Can I cancel a walk?
- A walk that is not part of a package can be cancelled up to the day before; after that it can only be rescheduled. A package walk can be cancelled up to 2 hours before and goes back to your package.
- Are there walkers in Cumbayá and Tumbaco?
- The app counts Cumbayá, Tumbaco and the rest of the valleys as part of Quito. Whether there are walkers near you depends on who joins in your area, and the app shows you who is available before you book.
- How much does a walk cost?
- Each walker publishes the price of each length, their packages and their monthly plan, and you see it before paying. From 28 October 2026, the service fee is USD 1.15 per purchase, VAT included; until 27 October there is no fee.
