About e-PetPlace
This page exists to answer, plainly, what someone wants to know before trusting us with their pet.
What is e-PetPlace?
A pet care ecosystem. It brings veterinary care, walks, grooming and training together in one place, and connects what happens in each service to a single record for the pet. It is not a directory or a provider search: services are booked and logged inside the platform.
What makes it different?
The subject is the pet, not the transaction. What a vet advises, what happens on a walk and what you buy to feed her all land in the same record. When the next professional sees her, they don’t start from scratch: the history is already written.
Where does it operate?
In Ecuador. We are opening city by city: Quito first, Guayaquil and Cuenca on the way. What isn’t open yet we mark as coming soon, and saying so is part of how we work.
When did it start?
e-PetPlace was built through 2026 and opens to its first group of founding families and businesses in Ecuador that same year. This site is its public introduction.
Who is behind it?
e-PetPlace is operated by Satori Latam S.A.S., NIT 901579644, based in Bogotá, Colombia, with an office in Quito, Ecuador. Full details and the applicable legal framework are in the privacy policy.
How are businesses chosen?
Every business goes through an identity and credentials review before joining. We validate, we don’t certify: reviewing a business’s identity and credentials is not an endorsement of the quality of its work. What a business says about itself is always shown separately from what we reviewed.
Which pets is it for?
Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, rodents and fish. The record adapts to the species: what a puppy needs is not what an aquarium needs, and the app behaves differently depending on who it is for.
What does e-PetPlace NOT do?
It does not replace your vet. It does not diagnose. It does not sell prescription medication on its own. And nothing is paid or booked on this site: services are contracted inside the apps.
