Frequently asked questions

What is e-PetPlace?

e-PetPlace is a pet care ecosystem: veterinary care, walks, grooming, training and a pet store, all connected to one record for your pet. Every service she receives is logged by whoever cared for her. It covers six families: dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish and small pets.

What is the pet record?

It's your pet's life history: vaccines, visits, walks, grooming sessions and training progress. You don't fill it in — each professional who cares for her writes it, and it stays with her even if you change providers.

Where does e-PetPlace work?

We're opening in Ecuador, city by city, and the ecosystem is built for Latin America. If we haven't reached yours yet, leave your details and we'll let you know.

Is there an online vet consultation?

Yes. e-PetPlace veterinary telemedicine connects you with a vet from wherever you are, for what doesn't need a waiting room: a question, a check-in or a second opinion. What the vet advises is logged in your pet's record.

What does it cost for families?

Using the app and keeping the record is free. You pay for the services you book, at the price each provider publishes.

What does it cost for businesses?

The tools — scheduling, clinical records, history and prescriptions — are free. The platform charges a commission on the services transacted through it.

How are providers verified?

We review identity and professional credentials. What we verify is shown separately from what the business states about itself, so nobody confuses one for the other. We validate: we don't certify.

Does it work for cats, rabbits, birds, fish or small pets?

Yes. e-PetPlace is multi-species and covers six families: dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish —aquariums included— and small pets. Each has its own care and its own record. Walks are the only service that's dogs-only today.

How do I join as a business?

Leave your details on the business page and we'll contact you on WhatsApp. Joining is a conversation: we want to understand your business before signing you up.
