The e-PetPlace apps use artificial intelligence in some features. The document explaining in detail how we do it is not published yet.

What it will cover

Where it is used today: reading a vaccination record from a photo, the in-app care assistant, and helping the vet organise consultation notes.

What data each of those features works with.

What a person reviews before anything is stored in your pet's record.

How you are told when what you are reading was organised by a machine.

This list describes what the document will be about. It is not the document and it does not govern: nothing you read here creates rights or obligations.
